Before competing in the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Ecuador's national soccer team will take the field throughout the United States for various International Friendly games! On June 2, the team will be in New Jersey facing off against Nigeria before they move over to Chicago to play Mexico at Soldier Field on June 5. 

Ecuador will come to East Hartford on June 11 to play a face-off against Mali at Pratt & Whitney Stadium. Two of Ecuador's opponents, Mali and Nigeria, both almost qualified for the 2022 World Cup, but were ousted in the final round of qualifications. The 2022 FIFA World Cup appearance by the Ecuadorian National team will mark their fourth appearance in the tournament.
