Box Office

For non-UConn events, patrons can purchase tickets and get assistance from the XL Center Box Office. The XL Center Box Office is open 12 noon-4:00 pm M-F. For more info, visit XLCenter.com. 

The Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field Box Office is located on the southwest side of the stadium at Gate B. Tickets for concerts and special events held at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field may be purchased in advance online. Tickets for non-UConn events can also be purchased by clicking here. The Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field Box Office will only sell tickets for UConn football games on the day of the event. The Box Office sells tickets exclusively for the stadium on event days. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. Advanced tickets for UConn Football games must be purchased through the UConn Athletic Ticket Office by clicking here.

For football games starting at noon, the Stadium’s main Box Office will be open at 9:00 am. The box office will open 3 hours prior to kick-off for all UConn Football Games. For any other event, the Box Office will open when the parking lots open. The concourse ticket windows will be open depending upon ticket availability for upcoming football games.

Tickets and Student Admission

Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field gates will open admission 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Due to heightened security, all guests will be searched at every gate. All seating is reserved for guests holding valid tickets. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will not be replaced. All UConn students must enter through Gate C and swipe their valid UConn Student ID. For more information on UConn student tickets, please visit UConnHuskies.com/students.

Will Call

The Will Call windows are located at Gate B. The Will Call window will open three hours prior to kickoff and remain open through intermission. If you are picking up tickets purchased in advance, you must present a photo ID and the credit card on which the tickets were purchased. There is no third party will call or alternate pickup accepted at the Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field Box Office.
