Will I be allowed to re-enter the stadium if I leave?

There is NO re-entry to Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field. Persons leaving will not be readmitted. Medical emergencies will be handled at the Guest Relations booth at Gate B.

Where should I park?

Season parking is permitted at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field. Uconn Football Parking instructions and assistance can be found on the Parking page.

How early can I park before a game? How much will it cost?

The parking lots will be open three (3) hours prior to the event start time but can vary based on the event. Cash is required for the parking fee (no credit cards accepted).

Is tailgating allowed before games?

Tailgating is permitted at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field but there are restrictions that can be found on the Tailgating Page.

When can we enter Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field to find my seats?

The gates to the Stadium open 90 minutes before event kick-off or the start of the event.

When do lots close after events?

The parking lots will close within two (2) hours after the event.

May I bring a bag into the stadium? Are food and beverages allowed?

The following items are prohibited at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field: umbrellas, coolers, outside food & beverage, thermos bottles, flasks, backpacks or oversized handbags, banners, signs or flags, horns or other noisemakers, laser pointers, animals (except assistance animals) or weapons of any kind. Other items deemed by Management to be dangerous or inappropriate will also not be permitted. See Building Policies for more information.

Is smoking permitted in the Stadium?

Smoking is prohibited at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field and anyone found in violation of this policy may be ejected from the stadium.

Which gate is for student entrance?

Student ticket holders can enter through Gate C with their ticket and valid student ID.

Is there a lost and found at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field?

Lost and found items can be brought to or claimed at Guest Relations located on the concourse level at Gate B. All calls for lost and found can be directed to Derek Miles at (860) 610-4885.

Can I bring a camera into the stadium?

Video Cameras and Recording Devices are strictly prohibited. Cameras are not permitted with lenses that exceed 90mm. Cameras are restricted at certain events, please visit the Events Calendar for more details.

When does the Will Call window open?

The Will Call windows are located at Gate B. The Will Call window will open three hours prior to kickoff and remain open through intermission. If you are picking up tickets purchased in advance, you must present a photo ID and the credit card on which the tickets were purchased. There is no third party will call or alternate pickup accepted at the Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field Box Office.

Can I use cash when in the stadium?

Our stadium has transitioned to a cashless stadium. Only Credit or Debit Cards can be used within the stadium.
