TICKETS

Rentschler Field gates will open admission 90 minutes prior to event start time. Due to heightened security all guests will be searched at every gate. All seating in Rentschler Field is reserved for guests holding valid tickets. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will not be replaced. All UCONN students must enter through Gate B and display appropriate and valid student ID.

Box Office

To charge by phone, call Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000. Tickets are also available at all Ticketmaster outlets and at the Bushnell Theatre Box Office and Rentschler Field Box Offices, event day only or at www.ticketmaster.com.

Rentschler Field Box Office

The Rentschler Field Box Office is located on the southwest side of the stadium at Gate B. Tickets for events held at Rentschler Field may be purchased in advance at the Bushnell Theatre Box Office during normal Box Office hours. The Bushnell Theatre Box Office operates Monday-Friday, 12:00pm to 5:00pm. The Rentschler Field Box Office sells tickets exclusively for the stadium on event days only and is not a Ticketmaster outlet. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

For football games starting at noon, the Stadium's main Box Office will be open at 9:00 am. For any other event, the Rentschler Field Box Office will open when the parking lots open. The concourse ticket windows will be open depending upon ticket availability for upcoming football games. For advanced tickets email rcorsino@rentschlerfield.com..

Disabled Services

Guests with disabilities, wishing to buy football season and group tickets - subject to availability – may call the UConn Box Office at 877.288.2666, or for individual game tickets, the Rentschler Field Disabled Services line at 860.610.4700, any weekday during normal Box Office hours. Hearing impaired guests can call the TTY number at 860.549.7706. For all other events, call the Rentschler Field Disabled Services line at 860.610.4700, any weekday during normal Box Office hours. Will Call

The Will Call windows are located at Gate B. The Will Call windows will open three hours prior to kickoff and remain open through intermission. If you are picking up tickets purchased in advance, you must present a photo ID and credit card on which the tickets were purchased. There is no third party Will Call or alternate pickup accepted at the Rentschler Field Box Office.
